Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We deliver within Germany, to EU countries, and to Switzerland.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge for delivery…

a flat rate of 6.00 Euros per order … within Germany. For Scrunchies and our Knitting-Journal we also offer an inexpensive uninsured shipping of 3,00 Euro.

To EU countries, a flat rate of 16.00 Euros is charged, and to Switzerland 22.00 Euros per order. Please ask us about inexpensive shipping for scrunchies and Knitting Journals to other European countries. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart and on the order page.

Shipping to the USA:
Our shipping service provider DHL has restricted parcel shipping to the USA until further notice due to the latest US customs regulations (as of: August 25, 2025). Postal shipping of parcels and merchandise mail to private customers in the USA is no longer possible with DHL Parcel and Deutsche Post. Please understand that we currently cannot send any parcels to the USA.

No shipping costs apply for digital content (knitting patterns).

The respective flat shipping rate includes statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the flat shipping rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may decrease if goods with lower VAT rates are acquired (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the flat shipping rate can only be finally calculated during the order process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
