Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

We deliver within Germany, to EU countries and to Switzerland.

… within Germany a flat rate of 6.00 euros per order. For Scrunchies and our Knitting-Journal we also offer an inexpensive uninsured shipping of 2,80 Euro.

A flat rate of 16.50 euros is charged per order to EU countries and 18.00 euros to Switzerland . Please ask us about low-cost shipping of scrunchies and knitting journals to other European countries. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (knitting patterns).

The respective flat-rate shipping costs include statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher, but only lower in your favor.
